SAI SHOTS
I fell in love with juicing a couple months ago because of how easy it was! Wellness shots have been all the hype lately so I decided to use my juicer for them and the rest is history. I started bringing them to wellness events I hosted and they’re a big hit, so I figured I’d share my recipes!

Current Split
mon: 2 full body strength pilates + GLUTES&QUADS
tues: upper body strength pilates + SWIM
wed: lower body strength pilates THEN REST
thurs: GLUTES&HAMMIES
fri: full body strength pilates + FULL LIFT DAY
Personal Goals
I’m trying to lean bulk this fall/ winter season in order to gain weight and keep my strength up. Gaining weight is hard for me because of my genetics. I’ve adjusted my lifting schedule and pilates schedule to cater to my needs
goal weight: 118-125 lbs
current weight: 115 lbs
