Ready set grow
Ysabella. Ysa. Y(sai). “Sai.” How I got my nickname? I will never know, but I couldn’t have asked for a better one.

It all begins with an idea…
Love, Sai has been a dream of mine since March 2024. Around that time, my friend group began to change, and I found myself surrounded by more business-minded people. Growing up, I only knew people in medical professions—like my parents and all my Titas and Titos, who were nurses (remember I’m Filipino). It was a path that felt “stable and safe.” So, when all I knew was science, I couldn’t help but wonder what God was doing by placing me in the midst of young entrepreneurs.
I’m the kind of person who gets excited about everything and fixates on an idea until I realize it’s not going to work—but this time was different. I felt a different kind of spark, some might’ve called it passion. So naturally, I did what any inspired, smart, young woman would do, I made a Pinterest board. It sat alongside my “Wedding Inspo” and “Future Home” boards, but that’s the thing—it sat. For months. My dream board came together exactly how I envisioned it, in just one week, which never happens. Most of the projects I start end up unfinished and eventually get deleted. Knowing this, I assumed it would be just another abandoned idea. But something in my heart told me to hold onto it, so I did.
As life went on, I found myself placed in opportunities that deepened my passion for this project. I’ll dive more into those opportunities in a future blog because, looking back, I can see they were God’s way of guiding me—showing me that, even in moments of confusion, doubt, and worry, I was on the right path.
Now, for the part I’ve been excited to share…
My goal is to turn my passions into something that benefits people physically, emotionally, and spiritually. With that in mind, Love, Sai is a positive community space focused on your well-being through fitness, faith, and fashion.
First, fitness! I want to help you achieve your body goals through personal training, Pilates, and self-guided programs. I’ve been a personal trainer for three years, and I love hearing your stories and guiding you to where you need to be. I’ve also been a Pilates instructor for almost a year, and the body transformations I’ve seen are incredible. I truly believe Pilates can not only change how you look but also how you feel. I’m continuing my education in Pilates with the goal of using it to rehabilitate people needing physical therapy and to improve athletic performance for athletes. My self-guided programs offer a more affordable alternative to personal training. They’ve been tried and tested through the in-person classes I teach, delivering great results with the flexibility of being done on your own time.
Second, my faith. I am unapologetically Christian, and some of my writing will include faith-based content. Whether that’s a warning or something exciting for you, I hope my page can still offer something for everyone—whether you’re a believer, unsure, or somewhere in between. I aim to be relatable in all aspects of life, not just faith. I also want to encourage you and make you feel like you’re doing amazing. Lastly, there’s a saying: “You are what you attract.” I want to surround myself with mature, open-minded people, and if you’re here—no matter how you found this site—I’m confident that you are just that.
Lastly, the fashion content is probably 60% for me and 40% for you guys! But I hope that creating fun, informative videos about trendy fashion brings you guys some type of joy.
Thank you for reading very first blog. Love, Sai has a long way to go. This is just the beginning. I hope and pray that you guys stick around so I can continue to serve you (1 Peter 4:10) and get to know you (Philippians 2:4). Have an amazing day.
