OUR METHOD
Our ELLESES Method blends mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and strength training into one integrated system designed to physically transform the body.
By adding strength training to Pilates, we increase muscle development, bone density, and power without sacrificing control or alignment. By adding Pilates to weight lifting and personal training, we improve posture, mobility, core stability, and movement efficiency. The result is a body that is not only stronger, but longer, more supported, and better connected from the inside out.
This method redefines how the body moves/trains and holds itself. Clients functionally experience improved posture, deeper core engagement, stronger glutes and legs, supported shoulders, and greater joint stability. Through intentional programming, clients experience body recomposition characterized by enhanced lower-body musculature and a balanced, toned upper body.
We are ahead of the curve because the fitness industry has traditionally separated strength and control. Strength without precision leads to breakdown; control without load limits growth. By integrating both, we create a method that develops intelligent strength. We train the body to perform, adapt, and last.

Meet the Founder
Ysabella Dulla | 23 | Owner. Method Creator.
Hi everyone! I’m Ysabella, but you can call me Ysa (pronounced ee-sa). I’m the founder of Love Sai Studios, a wellness brand dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through Pilates and personal training.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor (mat, barre, and reformer), and my passion for anatomy, functionality, and creative movement drives me to create programs tailored to each individual and class to encourage them to move in ways they’ve never thought of before. One of my greatest strengths is truly listening to people’s concerns and approaching every session with genuine sincerity, because I believe that real progress starts with feeling heard and supported.
Beyond fitness, I love leading a youth group at my home church, editing videos/pictures, writing, shopping, traveling, and connecting with new people.
I’m looking forward to meeting everyone who comes my way and even more excited to serve the people who entrust me with their fitness journeys!
